By accessing or using the website https://virdextech.com/ and services provided by Virdex Tech (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Services
Virdex Tech provides AI-based software engineering solutions, custom AI layering, workflow automation systems, consulting, training, audits, and proprietary AI products.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Reverse engineer proprietary technology

3. Intellectual Property

4. Client Agreements
Custom development, AI integration, or consulting services shall be governed by separate written agreements including but not limited to Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
5. Payments
Fees and payment terms for services will be defined in separate agreements. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. No Guarantees
AI systems and automation outputs may vary. We do not guarantee specific financial, operational, or business results. Clients remain responsible for oversight and final decision-making.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virdex Tech shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- AI decision outcomes
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with contractual agreements.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Virdex Tech harmless from claims arising out of misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or unlawful data usage.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or unlawful conduct.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Maharashtra.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, cyber incidents, or government restrictions.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of changes.

How long we retain your data
